Professor Paola Manes hosted Banca Intesa, along with her colleagues Massimiliano Simonelli and Giovanni Foresti, for a discussion focusing on the generational transition as it relates to corporate governance instruments and the institutions of civil, inheritance and family law.
During the meeting, held yesterday at the office in Via Dante, Bologna, Giacomo Pescatore of Cartwright Pescatore and Maria Edvige Chiari of Aicardi & Partners explored the topic of appropriate corporate structures and their role in business continuity and succession processes.
Generational succession requires an integrated approach, capable of coordinating legal, tax, financial and organisational expertise and of supporting the business and the family in their long-term strategic decisions.
We would like to thank the clients who attended and our colleagues from the bank – Vincenzo Cristofolini, Ciro Lupo, Francesco Fiori and Giuseppina Bonetto – with a special thank you to Alessandra Florio for making the event possible.
