Professor Paola Manes will speak during the session entitled “I dati come “nuovi beni”, tra persona e impresa” (“Data as ‘new assets’, between individuals and businesses”) during the two-day training course dedicated to Libertà, persona, impresa ai tempi dell’AI generativa e “agentiva” (“Freedom, individuals and businesses in the age of generative and “agentive” AI”), organised by the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Bologna, the Bar Association and the Scuola Superiore della Magistratura (Higher School of the Judiciary), among others. The event, which will feature a large panel of professionals and experts in the field, will take place on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 March 2026, exclusively via live streaming.
