Professor Paola Manes will take part in the Young-AISP Spring Meeting, an event organised by Associazione Italiana per lo Studio del Pancreas (“Italian Association for the Study of the Pancreas”), scheduled for 7 and 8 May 2026 in Bari.
The event, dedicated to the theme “AI vs. Expert in Pancreatic Cancer – L’Intelligenza Artificiale alla prova: sette sfide sui tumori del pancreas” (‘AI vs. Experts in Pancreatic Cancer – Artificial Intelligence put to the test: seven challenges in pancreatic cancer’), represents an important opportunity for in-depth analysis and multidisciplinary discussion on the potential of artificial intelligence in diagnosis, clinical assessment and decision-making processes in the field of oncology.
