Engages primarily in the field of intellectual and industrial property, tech contracts, and artificial intelligence regulation, assisting both Italian and international companies in the protection and enhancement of intangible assets, managing technological risk, and defining compliance strategies.

Gained a significant experience in drafting and negotiating technology contracts, licensing, software, and AI models, managing digitization projects, as well as legal disputes related to the protection of trademarks, designs, copyrights, commercial secrets and domains.

Specialized in AI governance, European regulation (AI Act), risk management, algorithmic audits and compliance of AI systems, collaborating with institutions, training bodies and international organizations.

Assists companies and multinational groups in high-tech projects in Italy and abroad, including interventions in data strategy, legal tech, e-commerce, privacy and internationalization.

  • Since 2001 she has worked in a well-known law firm in Rome, in various international law firms in London, and later in a major law firm in Bologna, and afterwards in an international law firm in Bologna.
  • National Coordinator of ENIA (National Agency of Artificial Intelligence) with delegation for relations with the European Parliament and the EU AI Office.
  • Visiting Professor at the Polytechnic University of Leopoli, Department of Artificial Intelligence, course “Ethical Models and Standards in Artificial Intelligence”.
  • Founding Member of the Italian Section of Woman in AI Governance, focusing on international standards, algorithmic liability and digital sustainability.
