Following the transaction, this historic company based in Emilia-Romagna, a well-established reference point in the metal carpentry and industrial screen printing sector, aims to strengthen its market position and explore new opportunities for growth.
Financial and M&A advice was provided by advisor Carlo Conti, while tax matters were followed by Studio Margotto & Partners. The buyers were assisted by Forvis Mazars, through a team led by lawyers Andrea Gambardella and Luca Battilana.
