Cartwright Pescatore, with a team composed of Giacomo Pescatore, Andrea Gattamorta, and Marco Zichittella, handled the transaction that led to the transfer, by the sole shareholder Alessio Ricciardi, of 80% of the share capital of the Italian company SXP Stilmotor Extra Protection S.r.l. to the German company Mehler Vario System Gmbh, a multinational leader in the production and marketing of ballistic protection systems and tactical equipment for police forces, military, and special forces.
With this transaction, SXP Stilmotor Extra Protection S.r.l. (now Mehler Protection Italia S.r.l.) aims to consolidate its position in the domestic market and achieve strong growth in its international activities.
