With a deed signed in the last few days, the corporate structure of Dreamfood S.r.l., the holding company that brings together the companies of the Italpizza group, has been redefined.
Cristian Pederzini, the founder and chairman of the Italpizza Group, through his parent company ACTA S.r.l., acquired shares in Dreamfood S.r.l., increasing his shareholding to 75.5% of the share capital, thus acquiring qualified control of the company.
Cartwright – Pescatore, with a team composed of Giacomo Pescatore and Beatrice Cremonese, and Luigi Chiarello of Studio Legale Chiarello Tomei assisted, with a joint mandate, the parties involved in all legal aspects of the transaction.
This opens up a new phase of strategic evolution for the company, which – thanks to a strengthening of its governance and the rationalisation of its shareholding structure – is preparing itself with ever greater solidity to look towards its long-term objectives.
