Professor Paola Manes will be the scientific director of the conference “Transizione climatica: un dialogo tra banche e PMI per creare opportunità” (“Climate Transition: a dialogue between banks and SMEs to create opportunities”) at which she will speak as a panelist on the impacts of the CSD3 Directive on corporate governance. The event is organised by Intesa Sanpaolo and Alma Mater University of Bologna and will be held on 11 March in Bologna at Sala dei Cento, Via Farini, 22.
