Cartwright Pescatore, with a team composed of Giacomo Pescatore, Beatrice Cremonese and Eleonora Giacometti, assisted Ricci Pietro S.r.l. and Francesco Fabbri in the transaction, promoted by Harcos Capital Partners, which led to the birth of Green Alliance, a new company aiming to play a leading role in the development of the renewable energy sector, in particular of combustible biomass.
Green Alliance is the result of the aggregation of three of Italy’s leading companies in the woody biomass distribution sector: the Woodtech Group, Ricci Pietro and My Fire and which, in 2023, achieved a total turnover of around 100 million euro.
