Zucchetti acquires control of the Ranocchi Group, thereby further consolidating its leading position in the market for software solutions for professionals and businesses.
In addition to the acquisition of control of Ranocchi Software, a company specialized in software solutions for accountants and labour consultants, Zucchetti also acquired a minority stake in NTS Informatica, a company that develops ERP solutions for businesses, and an indirect minority stake in Nethesis, a company operating in the ICT field.
In the transaction, the selling shareholders were assisted for financial and tax aspects by Cremonini e Associati (in the person of Mauro Cremonini) and by Aicardi & Partners (with a team coordinated by Paolo Azzolini), while for the legal aspects they were assisted by Avv. Lorenzo Balestra, by Cartwright Pescatore (with a team coordinated by Giacomo Pescatore) and by Avv. Francesco Coli.
