Cartwright Pescatore welcomes colleague Isabelle Claude, a Belgian lawyer with fifteen years of experience in corporate law in Luxembourg (first in top-tier financial firms, then independently but always in collaboration with lawyers, notaries, and banks involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions), as well as a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and economic context in both Luxembourg and Franco-Belgian regions (as well as, of course, Italian).
Isabelle Claude, who will work as an of counsel professional, will enable Cartwright Pescatore to further expand its international offerings.
This project of establishing a hub to provide comprehensive integrated legal assistance targeting native French-speaking professionals (which partner Virginie Lopes is already working on) and clients interested in investing in Italy or Italian clients seeking to operate in various French-speaking countries is taking shape.
Isabelle Claude will be able to assist Italian or foreign clients in cross-border transactions, offering legal services across the spectrum of corporate law to large international private companies, multinational groups, international banks, private equity firms and family businesses, primarily in the fields of M&A and private equity.
