Ms. Federica Maria Bucci, head of our tax and customs department, will take part as a lecturer in the Master “AEO: Authorized Economic Operator”, held by Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre in collaboration with Laghezza S.p.A.
The Master, which begins on November 7th and ends on June 6th, 2024, complies with the criteria set forth in the Directorial Determination of the Customs and Monopolies Agency, no.123923/RU dated 29/04/2020, and allows to obtain the qualification of “employee in charge of customs matters in the company” for AEO purposes, according to Article 27, par. 1 lett. b) of the Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2447/2015
