As of 1 October 2023, a transitional period of application of the CBAM will begin. During this period importers of the products listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2023/956 will in any case be required to fulfil disclosure obligations, the violation of which will be subject to sanctions.

Therefore, in order to identify the major compliance issues that could affect the various companies affected by the application of the CBAM, we invite you to attend the free Webinar on 13 September 2023, during which Federica Maria Bucci, head of Tax and Customs Area of the Firm, and Serena Pellegri, head of Customs Consulting Department of Laghezza S.p.A., will aim to clarify the sphere of application of the new reporting obligations, their scope and procedures to reduce the risk of violations.
