Cartwright Pescatore, with a team composed of partners Simon Cartwright and Giacomo Pescatore and Martín Santiváñez, assisted Vettore Rinascimento, a Bologna-based company specialising in the development of software for the healthcare sector, in all the legal aspects of the transaction that saw the acquisition of the company by Doctolib, an Italian-French tech company active in the digital health market.
The tax and accounting aspects were handled for the sellers by chartered accountants Luca Mazzoni and Pierpaolo Arzarello.
Doctolib was assisted by Bird & Bird with the coordination of the firm’s corporate and M&A department in the persons of partner Stefano Silvestri, senior associate Linda Pietrostefani, associate Paride Bordoni and trainee Michele Innocenzo Mallano.
