Fornasier Holding Srl, referring to the Fornasier family and owner of Fiel Spa, has acquired a majority stake in Tekni Post Srl, a Bolognese system integrator specialized in the field of Building Automation.
Tekni Post will integrate with the companies of the Fornasier family, taking advantage of group synergies while remaining an independent entity and brand.
Michele Fornasier, CEO of Fiel Spa, declared “We are delighted to welcome Tekni Post to our family, a well-known and appreciated reality in the Building Automation sector to which we think that Fiel can offer important development prospects for the future. This operation allows us to integrate the offer on a line of business that is currently not covered and, at the same time, to broaden the group skills”.

Luca Tomasi, Claudio Martelli and Fabio Schirone will continue to be part of Tekni Post and manage the business of Tekni Post, with the support of the management team of Fiel Spa and the services and possibilities offered by a larger group.
