Professor Paola Manes, by virtue of her expertise in trusts and inheritance law, will participate, together with Mr. Antonio Costanzo, Magistrate since 1991 and current member of the second civil section of the Court of Bologna, as a speaker at the preparatory course on “Support management: person, assets, company” organised by Professor Maria Novella Bugetti, Professor of Private Law at the Department of International, Legal, Historical and Politcal Studies of the University of Milan. The class held by Prof. Manes and Dr. Costanzo entitled “Succession planning in favour of the beneficiary: trusts, assignment deeds” will take place on 10 December 2021 at 2 p.m.
Cartwright Pescatore, through a collaboration of more than ten years with Professor Manes, also has long integrated the advice on the management and protection of family and personal wealth among its areas of practice.
