Prof. Paola Manes, of counsel of Cartwright Pescatore, will participate as a speaker in the second edition of the “Wealth Planning Specialist”, a series of online meetings aimed at professionals who will have the opportunity to explore the issues related to the instruments of wealth planning of personal wealth.
In particular, during the meeting that will see Prof. Manes as speaker, an overview on the instruments of destination and asset segregation, with particular reference to the Trust and the regulatory framework of reference, will be given.
