Regulation of international contractual relations, mostly of Anglo-Saxon origin, has always been a subject of great interest, besides from being extremely relevant.
In this context, the most recent work of Professor Paola Manes, entitled “Interpretation of good faith of the international contract between Italy and England”, deals with the related issues from an academic point of view and with a case study approach, in the light of significant arbitral awards and of the most recent trends on legal interpretation implemented by the Unidroit Principles.
