D-Entity S.r.l. and C-Oralia S.r.l., two leading companies in the Italian dental sector, have launched their expansion project through a merger by incorporation and simultaneous transformation into a joint stock company, thus creating NEXXTA S.p.A..
The shareholders of both companies were assisted, for the legal aspects of this transaction, by Cartwright Pescatore, and in particular by Giacomo Pescatore and Beatrice Cremonese, and for the financial and tax aspects by Aicardi & Partners, and in particular by Paolo Azzolini.
