Cartwright – Pescatore (Giacomo Pescatore and Eleonora Giacometti) and Aicardi&Partners (Carlo Alfonso Lovato) assisted FIDESIMM and Gruppo Gheron in the sale to the French group FONCIERE SISCARE of a real estate complex in Italy operating as a nursing home. The property, extending over 13,000 m2 with room for over 200 in-patients, situated in Soresina (Cremona) and managed by Gruppo Gheron, was sold by FIDESIMM to Foncière Siscare. Foncière Siscare is one of the leaders in the real estate sector dedicated to providing social health assistance in France, Belgium and Germany and this represents it’s first transaction on the Italian market.
