As from September 1, 2019, Italforno S.r.l. – a subsidiary of Dreamfood S.r.l., the holding company of the Italpizza S.p.A. group, leader in the production and marketing of frozen and non-frozen pizzas – is running, by means of a lease of business agreement, Antico Forno a Legna S.r.l., a company located in the province of Pavia, which has specialized for almost 30 years in the production of pizzas as well as gastronomic bakery products, and which has more than 60 employees.
In the transaction that led to the signing of the lease of business agreement, Italforno S.r.l. was assisted by Aicardi & Partners (Mr. Piero Aicardi and Mr. Carlo Alfonso Lovato) and the law firm Cartwright – Pescatore (Mr. Giacomo Pescatore and Ms. Beatrice Cremonese) for the legal aspects.
